1. Our Role
Integrity Carbuyer provides car-buying support services, including ClearBuy Reports, ClearBuy Plus, and Concierge Service. We are an independent consumer service — not a dealership, lender, or financial advisor.
2. Fees
- Integris Plus: $229 (non-refundable once review has begun).
- Integrity Concierge Signature Service: $899 flat fee (due prior to service initiation).
3. Deliverables
We provide expert guidance, research, and deal review services. Final purchase decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
4. No Guarantees
While we work to save clients time and money, we cannot guarantee specific savings, financing terms, or vehicle availability.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate and timely information (VINs, quotes, contracts, etc.) to ensure reliable service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Integrity Carbuyer is not liable for dealership actions, financing terms chosen by the client, or the vehicle’s condition after purchase.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
📄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Integris Plus ($229)
- Non-refundable once contract review has begun.
- If canceled before documents are submitted, a full refund will be issued.
Integrity Concierge Signature Service ($899)
- Full payment is due prior to service initiation.
- Cancel before vehicle search begins → full refund minus $100 admin fee.
- Cancel after vehicle search begins → 50% refund.
- No refunds once contract negotiation or review has started.
Service Guarantee
If Integrity Carbuyer cannot provide services due to internal reasons (e.g., system or staffing error), clients will receive a full refund.
